DISNEYLAND! & Arizona

For an our family vacation this year we took the kids to Arizona to see our friends and the on to DISNEYLAND for two days over Tyler's Birthday! It is defiantly a magical place, especially at Christmas time. Our kids were in Heaven. We loved all the rides, food, Toon Town, Christmas decorations, characters and the whole atmosphere. Our second day in Disneyland we did a "Character Breakfast". We got to meet tons of characters. It was so fun to see the kids faces when Minnie Mouse or Winnie the Poo came to say hi to them. We also got to see lots of characters throughout Disneyland too. Evan loved seeing Woody and Emily. Woody even took Evans new Buzz Light year gun and shot it at him. Evan thought that was great that Woody can shoot Buzz's gun to! Disneyland was so awesome. We were all wiped out by 8pm both nights so we just walked across the street to our hotel. The kids crashed hard both nights. I don't think they have ever played so hard.

(When we got home Evan stood at our window and said "mom, i sad because Disneyland is not across the street anymore. Can we live there?") So cute!
Evan's first time on a roller coaster. He was in heaven. They are the last two and Kaden is in the cart in front of them.

The rocket was their favorite. We rode it 3 times.
Evan heading down in the Nemo sub.
Mesa trying to feed Captain Hook.
Getting mauled by Tigger

Smoooch!
Arizona
Our old house!
Kaden, Evan, Kelsie, and Katlin hiding.
They stamped each others heads at Aunt Ruth's house and then fell asleep.
I took this picture on our way to Arizona. The bald eagle was right off the road. It was so sweet!
On our way home we stopped in Las Vegas to visit my friend Ashley. I hadn't seen her in about 6 years. It was good to visit with her again.
Our cigarette lighter broke in the first 5 hours of our 40 hour drive so we couldn't watch any movies. The kids were so board. But amazingly they lasted through it.

Newport Beach

The day after Disneyland we drove to Santa Anna and took a Christmas package to the Anaheim Mission Office for my nephew who is in the MTC and is going there in 2 weeks. Then we drove down to Newport Beach. It was Empty because people in CA think that 50 degrees is to cold for the beach :) Us Idahoans say HECK NO! We were all wet and sandy but it was worth it. The kids loved chasing the birds and playing in the water fully dressed. I figured if I put them in swim suits i would get funny looks ;)
